Engaging Shoppers, Building Insights

The brief from eBay was to demonstrate that eBay was a marketplace for new products which could be bought immediately.  Our solution – eBay Room Reno – showcased how a room could be transformed on a  budget with eBay. We renovated 4 rooms in different homes and delivered the content via an engaging, mobile first content experience generating 4 minute session times.

The connected data solution delivered consumer insights across the full conversion process highlighting customer types, home locations as well as the products and price points that appealed.

Mapping Customers

Our unique data partnerships enable us to map your customers. The physical home location of customers provides unique geographic insights to help inform media tactics and future store locations.

Our engaging mobile first creative solution attracted average session times of over 3 minutes providing us with plenty of data-points to analyse.

Through consumer interaction with the solution we learned an enormous amount about future visitors to the NT including the best way to reach them, the competitors for their travel dollar, the best events to attract them and set up fresh data for targeting them in the future.
